How to Spend Less Time on Block Blast on iPhone and iPad

Block Blast is built around quick rounds, which makes it perfect for short breaks and risky for automatic repeat sessions. One puzzle does not feel like much. Twenty puzzles do.

Set a Block Blast App Limit in Apple Screen Time, then track the game with Sandflow. The useful rule is simple: choose the number of rounds before opening the app. When the Sandflow timer reaches your planned time, close the game before starting the next board.

If Block Blast is your waiting-room habit, move it off the first home screen. You want the game to be a choice, not the default action every time your hands are free.
