Use Screen Time for a daily ceiling and Sandflow for the live session timer. Before opening Royal Match, choose the stopping point: one level, three attempts, or ten minutes.
When the timer reaches the limit, stop before spending another booster or starting another level. A clean stopping rule works better than negotiating with every near-win.
