Kingshot can become a repeated-checking game because strategy progress often depends on upgrades, resources, events, and timed rewards. The risk is not only one long session. It is opening the game many times a day.
Set Kingshot inside Settings > Screen Time > App Limits, then track it with Sandflow. When Kingshot opens, Sandflow can start a live timer; when it closes, the session stops.
Use planned check-in windows instead of reacting to every prompt. Finish the task you opened the game for, then leave before starting another upgrade path.
