How to Spend Less Time on EA Sports FC Mobile

EA SPORTS FC Mobile sessions can include matches and other activities. Decide what you will do before you open the game, then use a clear stopping rule.

Set a Stop Point Before You Play

Choose one match, one chosen activity, or a fixed time block. If you choose a match, allow time for it to finish; do not start another one when the planned session ends. If you choose an activity, name the specific task before opening the game. Avoid adding a new task just because another option is available.

Use a timer as a reminder. With Sandflow, select the game and create both an app-opening and an app-closing Shortcuts automation. Follow the setup steps, then check that the timer starts and stops. Sandflow shows session time; it does not block the game or force it to close.

For a daily ceiling, add FC Mobile to Apple's Screen Time controls. On iOS 26, the menu uses App Limits. Apple's iOS 27 guide calls these Time Allowances. Follow the guide for your version: iOS 26 or iOS 27. A daily limit and a session timer serve different purposes.

When the timer reaches your chosen endpoint, finish the current match if needed, then leave the game. Review your weekly Screen Time report and adjust the plan if the limit does not fit your play pattern.
